Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of in.tro ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the product, you agree to these terms.

• Relationship graph. in.tro pulls your professional relationship graph from associated extension to surface warm introduction paths for fundraising, sales, and recruiting. All connection data stays private by default and is not shared with our servers without authorization.
• LinkedIn sign-in. Access requires signing in with LinkedIn OAuth. Your use of LinkedIn through our product is also subject to LinkedIn's own terms of service and API policies. You must comply with LinkedIn's terms when using our product.
• AI copilot. Optional AI-assisted introduction drafting is provided using Microsoft Azure OpenAI. You are responsible for reviewing any AI-drafted content before sending it.

• Paid membership. Full access is a paid, invite-only membership billed at $17.99/month. Pricing may change; we will give advance notice before any change takes effect for existing members.
• Cancellation. You may cancel your membership at any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops future billing; we do not provide prorated refunds for the current billing period unless required by law.
• Payment processing. Payments are handled by our payment provider. We do not store your full card number.

You agree not to:

• Use the product to scrape, resell, or redistribute other members' data
• Attempt to bypass LinkedIn's or Atlac's usage limits through our product
• Use the introduction-drafting feature to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our underlying graph data at scale

We do not sell your personal data, your relationship graph, or your waitlist submission to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details on what we collect and how we use it.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may stop using the product and request account deletion at any time.

The product is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the product, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where required, notify active members before the changes take effect.
